Time:  9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with activities running from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm.  Parade will be at 11:00 am and is expected to last one hour.  Set up as early at 8:00 am, and take down at 4:00 pm.

The Heritage Day event will have activities such as Pancake Breakfast, Livestock Demonstrations, Modern and Antique Machinery Displays, Children’s Entertainment, Petting Farm and Pony Rides, Big Blow-up Obstacle Course, Craft Market, and Live Entertainment. *Note: This is a Township of Beckwith event which they have welcomed us to participate in, it is not an event organized by VITEO.  Any specific questions about the event should be directed to Shona Turnbull at Township of Beckwith, 613-257-1539.*

The parade route will be along a trail between the public school and the park.  So set up for the parade will be at the school, the parade finishes at the park, and the tractors can be on display for the afternoon at the park until 4:00 pm.  Wayne Fraser is planning to take some tractors to this event, and to ride in the parade.  He is hoping there will be some other members to join him.  Phone Wayne directly at 613-791-3291.  Wayne can provide a few details for insurance purposes as well.  Who doesn’t love a parade, right?!
